Delegate Ellington moved to amend the amendment on page 31, section 5, line 1, by striking the words, “Bureau of Revenue” and inserting in lieu thereof the words, “Department of Revenue”;

            And,

On page 31, section 5, line 3, by striking the words, “Bureau of Revenue” and inserting in lieu thereof the words, “Department of Revenue”;

            And,

            On page 31, section 5, line 5, by striking the words, “Bureau of Revenue” and inserting in lieu thereof the words, “Department of Revenue”.
